Registration Instructions for Vendors:
1. Please arrive by 10 AM! Setup of vendor tables begins at 10 AM. Your vendor tables should be set up and ready by 10:45 AM. *You must bring your own table if you are not a sponsor.
2. All vendors are asked to bring a donated item for the prize drawings (new items valued at least $25). The registration table will check off donations upon assigning your space. We expect men, women, and children at the event. Donations to support survivors are welcomed such as gift cards for spas, wellness products, makeovers, etc. Anything you would love to receive is appreciated.
3. The schedule will allow attendees to visit the vendor tables starting at 11 AM. Each health fair & summit attendee will have a passport which provides incentives for guests to visit each table on purpose.
4. Breakdown of vendor tables begins at 3 PM.
